| CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES - PRODUCTION (150 VACANCIES) |
Fresh Graduates / Undergraduates proficient in Malayalam/Tamil with comprehensive sense of English language. Freshers or Experienced candidates from a domestic BPO background – Telecom and/or Insurance Sector
Detailed list of responsibilities:
1. To answer calls/ make calls as per the process assigned, and efficiently, effectively and in most polite manner.
2. To follow all norms WRT to call handling, especially the soft skills, including opening, closing of Calls, personalization and putting Callers on hold.
3. To provide correct info/ to take correct actions as per the process.
4. To ensure that issuing of PNRs, CRM data entries are correctly made.
5. To escalate such calls to TLs / CSL desk where one is not confident of the right answer/ solution.
6. To report any such incidence where caller had any complaint to make or TM/ Sr TM realized that he/ she might have done some error e.g. wrongly created PNR, wrong entry etc. so that corrective action can be taken immediately.

| TEAM LEADER/PROFIT MANAGER: OPERATIONS (7 VACANCIES) |
Minimum experience of 2+ years in a BPO and 6+ months in a team handling role.
Preferably from a domestic BPO background – Telecom and/or Insurance Sector
Detailed list of responsibilities:
Ensure team achieves service level targets through implementation of a well–planned strategy
1. Continuously collect & analyze data that assists in operating process to ensure achievement of SL targets
2. Supervise day to day operations including reporting , attendance ,requirements & technology related work
3. Supervise team adherence to schedules, transport rosters & administration related work
4. Supervise staff motivation
5. Responsible for the adherence of staff to the company’s Quality System
6. Participate, as required, in the recruitment of the CCEs.
